What are Pop Up Diners?
Pop Up Diners are a wooden table setting set up for you at a park, beach or indoor location in Tauranga, which allows you to have an intimate dining experience in a location of your choice for 2-3hrs hours. Enjoy a setting away from the busy hustle bustle of cafes or shopping areas. Cloe’s Creationz can collab with foodies or recommend grazing food options on request.
Most popular are the intimate Pop For 2 for date nights or marriage proposals, and the Pop For 20 for a banquet grazing experience along the middle of the 7.2 metre table.

Pop Up Setting Hire Includes:
Mats, cushions, table, table mats, runners, decor and flowers, glasses, cutlery, string lights, ice bucket, poles with bunting or solar lights, and a small personalised blackboard sign for special occasions. (grazing platters on request).
Additional costs: Umbrella hire $10 each and stands.

All Pop Up Setting Hires include set up and pack down after 2-3hrs of use. Petrol charges are additional to each hire, and this is added to Pop Up Prices (at 80c per KM travelled). If you require a pop up for a certain number not mentioned, please get in touch for a quote.
If the date you're after is fully booked, we do offer DIY packages also for easy set up, if you have access to a van or ute to organise and some trusty friends to accomodate this idea.

Pop Up Diner Hire
Extras for hire can include backdrop decorations, curtain light hire, tee pee, photo booth areas, workshop blackboard. Please mention you would like a quote for your personalised party hire.
